UKVIN will not collapse CAZ, London ULEZ and Scottish LEZ into one generic badge. Live compliance must come from scheme-appropriate authoritative data.
London ULEZ
London is presented separately from the national England CAZ service so buyers are not given the wrong scheme or payment expectation.
Scottish Low Emission Zone
Non-compliant entry is enforced through penalty charges rather than a daily pay-to-enter charge. UKVIN should explain that difference before a buyer travels.
Compliance evidence
A green badge should only appear when UKVIN has sufficient scheme-specific evidence. Missing emissions information stays unknown, not green.
