Account access
If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the customer login page. UKVIN should not ask you to send passwords or full payment-card details.
Vehicle evidence
Keep registration details, report evidence and seller claims available when asking about a specific vehicle. Do not send unnecessary identity documents unless UKVIN specifically requires them through a secure process.
